Our shady and cool attic rooms, where the branches of pine trees touch the windows, offer their guests a comfortable and economical (please read the descriptions) accommodation with their careful and spacious decoration.

Room size 21 m²

Our attic rooms are 21 m2 in size and have a double (160x200) spring bed, wardrobe and mini bar, bathroom-toilet-shower, LED TV and air conditioning. Folding mobile beds or sofa beds are not used.Our attic rooms are on the second floor. It has a sloping ceiling where the roof slope is felt from inside the room. The ceiling height in the room is minimum 140 cm and maximum 240 cm. If you want to stay in these rooms, please keep in mind that you have to climb stairs.Our attic rooms have windows that can be opened. Since there is no balcony, it is non-smoking.

Our garden rooms, designed with a modern architectural understanding in the serenity of nature, are the most easily accessible rooms from the car park. It offers convenience in this aspect for families with children and our guests who do not want to climb stairs.

Room size 18 m² (excluding veranda)

These rooms, which have a spacious decoration dominated by white color, have a double (160x200) spring bed and a single (80x180) bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe and a mini bar, a bathroom-toilet-shower, LED TV and air conditioning. One child aged 0-12 can stay free of charge in our rooms with two adults. Our garden rooms are 18 m2 and have a shady veranda at all times of the day, complete with a sitting group in front.

Our terrace rooms, designed with a modern architectural approach that watches the untouched nature of Selimiye Village, offer its guests, among other facilities, a large terrace complete with a sitting area and sun loungers.

Room size 18 m² (excluding terrace)

These rooms, which carry the breeze of industrial design with their brick-clad walls, are 18 m2 excluding the terrace. Terrace size is 22 m2. Our Rooms with Terrace have a double (160x200) spring bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe and a mini bar, a bathroom-toilet-shower, LED TV and air conditioning. No extra child or baby beds can be placed in the terraced rooms. These rooms are designed to accommodate two adults. There is a seating group and sun loungers on the terrace.

Our duplex rooms, arranged in the form of twin stone houses in our carefully designed cool and peaceful garden, offer a home atmosphere with a garden to our guests who are overwhelmed by apartment life. In these rooms, a child aged 0-12 can stay free of charge with two adults.

Room size 22 to 24 m² (excluding veranda)

Our duplex rooms are between 22 and 24 m2, excluding the veranda. Downstairs there is a bathroom-toilet-shower, a single bed (80x190), a desk and chair, a wardrobe and a mini bar, upstairs a double bed (140x190) and a sofa bed. All beds are spring mattresses. Folding mobile beds or sofa beds are not used.
In front of our duplex rooms, there is a shady patio complete with a sitting group at all hours of the day. Our rooms, which are decorated with local features, dominated by wood and stone texture, have an LED TV and an air conditioner. Since our duplex rooms have internal stairs, they are not suitable for families with small children and guests who do not want to climb stairs.

Our family rooms, which offer comfortable accommodation for families and groups of up to four people, with a detached bedroom and a second room attached to it, bear the traces of a modern architectural design and a spacious layout. In these rooms, two children aged 0-12 can stay free of charge with two adults, and one child aged 0-12 with three adults. Accommodation prices in our family rooms are determined according to the number of adults to be accommodated as two, three or four people.

Room size 29 m² (excluding balcony)

Our family rooms are 29 m2 in size, excluding the balcony. It consists of a room with a double (160x200 cm) bed and a second room with two single (90x190) beds, which can also be used as a living room if desired. All beds are spring mattresses. Folding mobile beds or sofa beds are not used. The privacy of the room with the double bed is provided, the door can be closed. A cabana is allocated on the beach for our guests who choose this room type. Family rooms have a bathroom, an LED TV, a balcony and an air conditioner. A seating group is provided on the balcony. These rooms overlook our garden adorned with pine trees and the pool. Our family rooms are in the two-storey main building. Some are on the ground floor, some are on the first floor. Although floor preferences are taken into account, no guarantee can be given as room layouts are systematic.
